Meet Sara Maenhaut

Over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, including 10 years consulting, in both small industry and large international environments. I have a reputation for my ability to link business strategy to human resources requirements. I consider myself a sound project manager who truly cares about my clients’ success.

My Credentials

  • Honours BA in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Waterloo
  • Human Resources Certificate; Sheridan College
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations
  • Certified Personal Profile Analyst (PPA) through Thomas International Inc. 
  • Proud member of the Peel Chapter, HRPA having sat on their Board of Directors for 5 years.
  • Volunteer with Springboard, a not-for-profit organization that builds stronger communities by helping at risk and vulnerable youth and adults through critical transitions in their lives with a focus on community justice, employment and developmental disability services.
